Loyalty Point Redemption:

To avoid cancellation of bookings made with Loyalty Points, your membership needs to remain active and in good standing from the time of booking through the duration of the stay.  

Cancellations:

Rates and fees are prepaid to obtain the best value for our members and may be subject to change dependent upon the destination. The following rules apply to both the purchase price and redeemed Loyalty Points  

Life Experiences® Local Experiences

  • Within 30 days – Non-refundable       –    Local Experiences™ are non-refundable
  • Within 31 to 60 days – 50% refundable
  • Within 61 to 90 days – 75% refundable
  • 91 days or more – 100% refundable 

Name Changes: 

Name changes may be unavailable. If names can be changed the following policy will be enforced.  

  • Within 30 Days – Name changes are not permissible
  • 31 days or more – Name changes are $30 per person

Additional Guests: 

Guests or children not included in the original booking may be subject to additional charges. Anyone attending an experience that was not included in the final booking list will be considered a hotel guest and will not be included in any planned excursions or events. 

Additional Rules:

  • To avoid cancellation of bookings made with Loyalty Points, your membership needs to remain active and in good standing from the time of booking through the duration of the stay.
  • Travel Passports, visas, and vaccinations are the sole responsibility of the traveler or travelers. The cancellation policy will apply regardless of your ability to obtain the required travel documentation. 
  • The primary member may only book once per destination with Loyalty Points.
  • Children may be subject to additional charges, terms, and conditions that vary depending on age and hotel policies.
  • Any additional taxes or fees are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Included hotel/resort discounts, credits, or reward points will expire upon departure. 
  • The weather is unpredictable and if an excursion or activity needs to be cancelled a different activity, if available, may be substituted of equal value.
  • MWR Life, may at its sole discretion, cancel a member’s booking or deny attendance if there is a current or alleged violation of the Independent Lifestyle Consultant Agreement, or the  Policies & Procedures. Cancellations made for violations are non-refundable.
  • Any Life Experience® or Local Experience™ attendee who promotes any other direct sales or network marketing company while in attendance is subject to immediate cancellation.
